Planning Board Meeting for 188-200 Quincy Ave

The Quincy Planning Board has scheduled a Public Hearing for this Wednesday, February 10th, at 5:30pm, regarding a proposed development at 188, 194, and 200 Quincy Ave. The meeting will take place via Zoom.

The Applicant proposes to consolidate three (3) existing residential lots located at 188, 194, & 200 Quincy Avenue and the construction of two (2) new townhouse style residential buildings consisting of sixteen (16) residential units with tandem 2-space garage parking under the building for a total of fifty-one (51) parking spaces. The proposal also includes preservation of two (2) of three (3) existing structures for a total of nineteen (19) dwelling units. The Applicant also proposes landscaping, drainage and other site modifications. The properties contain 53,899± square feet of land.
